CAP Action  ·  The 2026 Road to November

July 21st, Arizona Spoke. November 3 Will Decide Whether It Was Heard.

Thirteen of the fourteen candidates CAP Action evaluated and endorsed won their primaries. Now every statewide office, the Arizona Legislature, a U.S. Senate seat, and two ballot measures that will shape Arizona families for a generation come down to the next 85 days.

Your leadership gift equips Arizonans to meet this moment.

On July 21st, Arizonans who share our foundational values of life, marriage and family, and religious freedom showed up, informed and confident, and made their voices heard. That is what happens when citizens are equipped. And it was the starting line, not the finish line.

This November, Arizona will decide every statewide office, the entire Arizona Legislature, a seat in the United States Senate, and two ballot measures that will shape Arizona families for a generation.

Two Ballot Measures

Arizona families have two critical decisions to make.

Vote Yes

YES on the Protect Girls' Sports in Arizona Act

This amendment writes fairness and safety for Arizona's daughters directly into our state Constitution: girls' teams for girls, and private locker rooms and showers in Arizona schools. A court ruling can be challenged for years. A constitutional amendment approved by the people cannot.

Vote No

NO on the Anti-ESA Initiative

A dangerous, deceptively named initiative funded by millions in out-of-state money would strip Empowerment Scholarship Accounts from roughly 15 percent of the students who rely on them today and lock tens of thousands of Arizona families out of educational freedom. If it passes, the Legislature cannot simply repeal or fix it later.

Leadership Gifts Set the Pace for Everything That Follows

▶  Educate at scale. Plain-language voter resources, issue briefings, and ballot measure explainers in the hands of hundreds of thousands of Arizonans.

▶  Mobilize the faithful. Church and community briefings across the state, get-out-the-vote reminders, and practical tools that turn conviction into ballots returned.

▶  Defend the truth. Rapid, credible responses when the opposition spends millions to confuse voters, always with clarity and conviction, never with doom and distortion.

The Window Is Open Now

Early ballots drop in October. The decisions that determine our reach in November are being made right now. Please respond by August 28.

“This is not charity at arm's length. It is a direct investment in the civic strength of your state, at the moment it matters most.”
