2026 Election

They passed. Then they were vetoed.

541 bills in four years. Arizonans across this state are funding the closing push. Yours belongs with theirs.

Bills to protect unborn babies and the mothers carrying them. Bills to protect religious conscience. Bills to keep parents in charge of their children's education and health care. Bills to expand Empowerment Scholarship Accounts.

Every one of them passed both chambers of the Arizona Legislature. Not one failed on the floor. They reached the governor's desk and were vetoed there.

Which means the work you have been paying for succeeded. There is now exactly one obstacle between good policy and Arizona law, and on November 3 Arizona decides whether it stays.

This is a turnout election, and turnout elections are decided by the people who show up. Your gift funds three things and nothing else.

What your gift funds now

▶  CAP Action endorsements  —  Getting CAP Action's endorsements in front of Arizonans who share your convictions.

▶  Targeted digital advertising  —  Digital advertising in the districts that decide control of the Legislature.

▶  Ballot follow-up  —  Follow-up with voters who requested an early ballot and have not returned it.

In the November election, CAP Action has done the work, vetting and endorsing 69 candidates across the legislative, statewide, and federal slates. Candidates who will stand for the values and issues important to you. Now we need your help to get them across the finish line.

No single gift does that alone, and none of them ever has. That is how this has always worked, and it is why it works.

Accountability

CAP Action evaluated and endorsed fourteen candidates this cycle. Thirteen are on the November ballot. This is the last gift CAP Action will ask you for this cycle, and on November 4 Peter Gentala will write to you with a straight accounting of what happened.
